DESCRIPTION
Top tier, 2 CVs per team. A wonderful push of "Fault Line".
An Aoba, a Shinonome and I push on the left against a couple of DDs, a Trento and a Texas.
We drive the DDs to the center, I hit 2 citadels on the Trento and finish it with my secondaries.
The Aoba and I pursue the Texas as we head for the enemy base. Our team is trying to cap it, but they're going in piecemeal and getting sunk one by one: the New Mexico goes down, then the Aoba, who doesn't listen to me.
I keep my distance, aim at the NE corner and finally stumble on those juicy enemy CVs: I sink them both, shoot down 48 of their planes.
I then hide behind a very conveniently placed island while our carriers hammer the surviving enemy battleships, which have no one to shoot at. They don't even need to sink anyone: it's 3 vs. 3, but we have CVs instead of BBs and we capped their base for a bit, so we're ahead on points when the clock runs out.
Close Quarters Expert, High Caliber, AA Expert, Kraken, Dreadnought, 166k damage, and a ton of xp.
To think this was my "bad" British BB captain, and not even fully retrained...
