Northern spawn, I communicate I'll go to B so Harugumo follows suit, but Benham also comes with us (earning him the wrath in chat, at least for a while), leaving our 2 BBs heading to A without a screen. They actually don't need it: the reds are massing at C for an eastern push, but that's unknown to us at that point.

After capping B I turn towards west to support the aforementioned battleships and get spotted by the red Halland. I light him up, everybody focuses and the red counter-fire reveals what's going on. They manage to do their push and take B, but it has cost them dearly: not only Halland but also Des Moines and Yamato in exchange for our defending Vermont and Benham, and now they're stuck.

Seeing how things unravelled, I decide to stay near B, shooting from a position with cover and easy escape routes. All the enemies are at the other side of the island so I use my radar again to see what they're doing. The red Georgia and Kremlin are pushing around the corner. I torpedo the former with one side's launchers but most of them miss, then turn around to launch the other side. When Georgia eats this second salvo another torpedo from the previous one finishes off their Minotaur.

The initial side's torpedoes are up again and I send them towards the red Kremlin, who is about to beach himself. I go around the other corner of the island and when their Yugumo spots me I radar him in return.
