DESCRIPTION
At about the 8:24 mark in the game I get confederate at around 20k HP left and my reload is dropped to 3.2 secs.
I try not to kill off the Cleveland and Kutuzov to quickly as I stay with AP mostly but when the shells are flying it is hard to not kill anything quickly.
