Bug? Hack? TB Torp hit shows "Algerie Flooded"

DESCRIPTION
So overall I didn't do so great this game.. missed many shots that I should have hit. Let Algerie survive for too long..
But that isn't the main point. After a failed push down the west side of the map we managed to scatter their forces, and I was able to close up my gap with Algerie and 1v1 her. I managed to dodge her wave of torps, and sink her not long after. Then, right after I sunk her, TB's started coming from the south side, and I turned north, and took one torpedo hit, but with sufficient HP to ensure my survival. But all of a sudden my ship exploded for no reason, and the screen listed the Algerie as the killer, and by flooding. I was confused and turned to the chat, but an enemy BB reported that I detonated and said it was present on the chat, even though I didn't get a medal or a notification for it, even after the game. Is this a bug? A glitch? HAX????
