DESCRIPTION
Good.
MUTSUKI is more or less a one trick pony... all it can do is kill HIGHER TIER GUNBOAT destroyers and cruisers with its super fast and stealthy TORPEDOES
OK there was a LOT of luck involved... at the same time, this is the game that got my Commander the tenth skill point so the poor sod can FINALLY become a concealment expert.
